Here’s What’s Happening!  

September 15^th – 19^th, 2014

 

Monday: Day 4, Art Class

Spelling:  Spelling Words with short /i/.  Write words 2times each.

                 Pre-test on Thursday, Final test on Friday. If your

                 child gets all 12 words correct, they will not have to take the

                 test on Friday!

                 *Review spelling words nightly

*All Library Books are due tomorrow for book exchangeJ

Tuesday: Day 5, Book Exchange

Spelling: Write 3 sentences using 3 different Spelling words from

                 this week’s spelling list.  Remember the three components of

             a sentence: 1) Begins with a capital letter, 2) use ending marks, &

                  make sure it makes sense!  (Due on Thursday)

Reading:  Read; Decodable Reader (2times) please sign the cover of the

                  book. This will ensure me that your child has read to you.

Wednesday: Day 1, Computer Class

Spelling:  STUDY / Pre-test tomorrow, Sentences are due tomorrow.

Thursday: Day 2, Music Class, Spelling Pre-test

Spelling:  Test tomorrow-for those who did not receive a

                   (100%) on their pre-test today.

Reading:    Read; Decodable Reader (2 times) and sign cover.

Friday: Day 3, Gym Class, Spelling Test, No Homework!
