Monday: Day 2, Music Class with Mrs. Schwartz

Phonics:  Introduce syllables and coding patterns “vc’/cv”

Spelling:    Study new spelling words:

                    Pre-test on Thursday, or Regular Spelling Test on Friday,

Reading: New High Frequency Words list to practice, (keep word list at home)

Tuesday: Day 3, Gym Class with Mrs. Smith (Wear your Sneakers)

Phonics:  Learning short and long vowel sound /u/; do side b if not finish in class.

Spelling:  Review words at home while we review them in school.

Reading: Decodable Reader #11, read 2times with an adult for fluency,

                 (Return book back to school) .

Wednesday: Day 4, Art Class with Ms. Pasco,

Phonics: Learning short and long vowel sound /w/& sw and tw blends;

                Do side b if not finish in class.

Spelling:    Study words for pre-test tomorrow

Reading: Decodable Reader #12 Read 2 xs for fluency; return Reader

Thursday: Day 5, Library Class, Spelling Pre-test

Phonics:    Syllables and coding patterns “vc’/cv”.  Do side b if not finish in class.

Spelling:      Study for Spelling Test, if you did not get all twelve words correct.   

Reading:    Level Readers
